I have worked with Hayley,
both of us as volunteers, over several years now, including
preparation and publishing of the local Parish Plan and setting
up and running the new Community Association. Throughout both
processes, she has been enthusiastic, tireless and thoroughly
professional. Without her input none of this would have been
achieved.

A few years ago I worked regularly
with Hayley. At the time we were both employed officers on
the sports development circuit in the East Midlands. So it
was a great pleasure for me when our two companies recently
joined forces to complete a funding application in Hadfield.
As ever Hayley was a dynamic and supportive colleague, whose
contribution to the project was greatly valued. Her work with
the sports clubs, and the resulting development plan she produced,
was particularly strong.

The National Association of
Sports Development recently retained aitchelle sports development
to collate non user research and draft a marketing plan for
use in penetrating the governing body market. The work, which
was of the highest quality, was completed with rigour and
attention to detail, to the time schedule agreed and within
the agreed budget. We will use aitchelle again. Mick Owen, NASD Business Development

The Joint Angling Governing
Bodies used Hayley Lever as a facilitator in the process of
writing the Gender Equity strand of its 4 year plan - Working
Together for Angling. She was an immediate hit with the women
who attended the planning session enabling them to express
their enthusiasms and concerns for the sport and its administration,
leading them through the process of enshrining their thoughts
in an Action Plan which was of significant value to the governing
bodies.

I've known and worked with Hayley for a seven years at
the Womens Sports Foundation, in her capacity as a regional
volunteer, WSF director, and latterly as a project manager.
I've always found her to be direct, positive, supportive,
and I've valued her contribution to the organisation. Her
work is of a high professional standard and she has worked
well with us to achieve consistently good results.

Hughes, National Development Manager, Womens Sports Foundation
Hayley came to meet our new netball
team to help us gain funding to get started. One of the things
she encouraged me to do was attend a Women, Get Set, Go leadership
course.
The course itself is very motivating but with Hayely as a
facilitator, every participant goes away fired with energetic
enthusiasm.
For the last part of the
Course we were asked to write positive comments on a sheet for each
person; here are mine for Hayley: - honest - great motivator - a
"doer" - highly organised

Sports Leaders UK have worked
closely with Hayley over a period of over two years to develop a
project that encourages women to take part in sports and activity
leadership. Hayley has been totally committed to the project and
has shown a professional approach to all the work she has done with
us. She considers an organisation's background and current situation
and builds upon the strengths in place in order to enhance and improve
a product.
However it’s not just Hayley's sports developement knowledge
and skills that allow her to contribute as she does. It is her real
belief and passion in what she does that comes across as genuinely
wanting to make a difference - and she does that so well.
